This memorial website was created in memory of our loving daughter, Allyson Jayne Teter who was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on December 15, 1976 and left this world to dwell forever in the presence of her Savior and Lord on May 18, 2008 at the age of 31.
Please click here to see a video tribute to Allyson.
Allyson was only with us for a short time but she touched the lives of hundreds of people from all over the world. She blessed each one with her smile, her wit, her giving spirit, her loving heart, and her unshakable faith.
Allyson's character and person can best be described by Proverbs 31 and by 2 Timothy 4: 6-8. She truly loved and served her Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ and with His help she ran her race with strength, honor, love, and courage. By abiding in Christ's presence, she was able to face each new challenge with a smile that radiated His presence into the lives of others.
We would be honored if you would take a moment to share your personal memories and/or thoughts of how Allyson touched your life. Comments can be added after you click on the Tributes & Condolences tab.
Thank You,

A Gift from Allyson
When Allyson went home to be with Jesus her legacy of loving and giving to others did not stop. Since her homegoing, the "A Gift from Allyson" charitable foundation has provided gifts to: enable church libraries to share Christian books and media; help sponsor missionaries in Albania, Haiti, Turkey, Guatemala, and Mexico; provide food for the homeless; provide clothes and formula for the Crisis Preganancy Center; provide toys and clothes for orphans and underprivileged children; pay utility bills for single mothers; provide scholarships for college students; provide computers, sound systems, and other technology for various ministries; start a new inner-city church; and provide resources for pastors and Christian lay workers. The foundation has no paid staff and no reserves; everthing that comes in goes out.
